Evelyn Jentz, 95, of Tinton Falls, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2017.
She was born in New York City and lived in Brooklyn and Ocean Township before moving to Sea Brook Village 10 years ago.
She was a communicant of St. Anselm Roman Catholic Church in Wayside and enjoyed sewing in her spare time.
Evelyn was a clerk at the Brooklyn Public Library before retiring.
She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, John in 2002; her parents, John and Louisa Pellino and 6 sisters and a brother.
Surviving are her children, John Jentz, Jr. and his wife Adrienne and Lynn Rizzo and her husband Gary and 5 grandchildren, Gary, Megan, Matthew, Edward and Laura.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 4-8 pm on Thursday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, Ocean Township. Funeral Mass will be offered at 10 am Friday at Holy Innocents Roman Catholic Church in Neptune followed by entombment at Woodbine Mausoleum in Oceanport.
