Dear John and family: We have wonderful Nuechterlein family memories, being good friends of Kuni's parents. Among the children we remember Kuni as a beautiful young artistic student. She carved a delicate candle for us while she was in high school, which we cherished for many years. John and Kuni visited us in Boulder, Colorado on a trip west not so many years ago, and we kept in occasional contact with them over the years. We have loving memories of Kuni.
