Joan M. Gilmore, 61, of Ocean, died Wednesday, July 13, 2016.
She was born and raised in Bayonne before moving to Ocean 30 years ago.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church in Asbury Park and worked at Project Extend at the Ocean Township Elementary School.
Joan was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Ruth LaRocco.
Surviving are her husband, Fred; daughter, Kristen and her husband Scott Brewer; son, Joseph and his fiancé Brittany Grayson and her mother-in-law, Rose Gilmore.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 2-4 & 7-9 pm Friday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, Ocean Township. Funeral Mass will be offered at 11:15 am Saturday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Asbury Park followed by entombment at Woodbine Mausoleum in Oceanport.
