Eric R. Coles, devoted father and beloved son, died on June 2, 2018. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, Eric was the son of Ms. Debra (Langione) LaRusso and Mr. Robert Coles. He was 35 years old.
Eric attended Ocean Township High School then graduated from DeVry University in New Brunswick in 2007. For the past 4 years, he worked at Verizon Fios in Hamilton, NJ, where he was recently receiving training in Cisco network operations.
A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Eric enjoyed the beach and outdoor activities with friends and family, skiing with father, and watching his daughter’s softball games. Eric is predeceased by Daniel and Janet Coles, his paternal grandparents; Richard and Joan Langione, his maternal grandparents; and his cousin Donald Coles (DJ). He is survived by Juliana, his daughter and the light of his life; his loving parents, Debbie and Rob; Valerie Langione of Old Bridge, NJ; Lisa Bollander of Nutley, NJ; Daniel Coles and his wife, Helena, of Wayside, NJ; Elaine (Coles) Casale and her husband, Mark of Long Branch, NJ; and Alice Drummond of Palm Coast, Florida. He is also survived by many cousins including his favorite cousin, Jennifer Gargiulo, and many close family friends.
Friends and family are invited to visit between 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the Fiore Funeral Home located at 236 Monmouth Road in Oakhurst, Ocean Township. The funeral services will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 10:00 am at the funeral home followed by entombment at Monmouth Memorial Park, 4201 NJ Rt. 33 in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
