Daniel T. Holland, affectionately known as "Danny," "Laika," & "Amster Dan," 32, passed away on the evening of Monday, January 8, 2018 in Kissimmee, Florida due to complications from surgery.

Daniel was born & raised in West Long Branch, New Jersey where he graduated from Shore Regional High School. He moved to Kissimmee, Florida in 2012 with his long time girlfriend & fiancé Nicole, where they lived with their four doggos, Belle, Lito, Nina, & Louisa. He worked as a security guard, though his passions were music, art, & comedy. Dan loved the New York Mets, sips, drawing, the band of Montreal (among many other bands & music artists), collecting sea glass, & studying chemistry. As a moderator of a harm reduction website since 2006, Dan contributed years of effort to this cause & developed a close online community of friends. He lived to make others laugh & put a smile on everyone's face with his huge heart & the best sense of humor. Danny was truly "juan" of a kind & brightened the lives of those fortunate to know him.

Daniel is survived by his mother, Virginia Holland; sister, Corey Raymond; nephew, Jude Raymond; brother in law, Jeffrey Raymond; & fiancé, Nicole Tomasura.

He is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Holland.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 2-5 pm Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Fiore Funeral Home, 882 Broadway, West Long Branch, NJ. Daniel’s family has set up a GoFundMe.com campaign for donations to assist with the cost of his arrangements.
