Obituary for Mollie "Lee" Testa

Mollie A. Testa, known as Lee, of Long Branch, died on Sunday, November 5, 2017. She was born in Providence, RI and lived in Long Branch all of her life. She was a communicant of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church in West End, Long Branch. She was a member of the Long Branch Seniors. Lee worked at Fort Monmouth for many years before retiring. Lee will be remembered for her playing the piano so beautifully. We wish to thank the staff of Gateway Care Center and VNA Hospice, all her friends and family and her caregiver, Maria Luna.
She was predeceased by her mother, Angelina Testa; brother, Don Testa; sisters, Emily Amato and Dolores Palmer; brother-in-law, Robert G. Cavallo and niece, Lynn Palmer-Hoffman.
Lee is survived by her sister, Eva Cavallo; brother, John Testa; brother-in-law, Alvord Palmer; nephews, R. Rick Rosano, Robert Rosano, Ralph and his wife Dawn Palmer and John Hoffman; great-niece and nephew, Julie Palmer and Jonathan Palmer-Hoffman.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 4-8 pm Wednesday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, Ocean Township. Funeral 9:30 am Thursday from the funeral home followed by a 10:30 am Funeral Mass at St. Michael’s Church, Long Branch. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in West Long Branch.
