Warren “Herb” Lobb, Sr., 87, of Oakhurst, Ocean Township, died Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Care One at Wall.
He was born and lived in Dover before moving to Oakhurst 47 years ago.
He was manager of systems and procedures at New Jersey Natural Gas Company in Wall Township retiring in 1994 after 44 years.
Herb was a member of the Dover Lions Club and the American Gas Association and served as its secretary. He honorably served his country during the Korean Conflict in the United States Marines.
He was predeceased by his parents, William and Bertha Lobb and his brothers, Willard, William and Robert Lobb.
Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Doris; 2 children, Warren and his wife Crystal Lobb and Sandy and her husband Gus Kahermanes; 4 granddaughters, Brenda and Alison Lobb and Stacey and her husband Mike Treola and Shannon Kahermanes and a great-granddaughter, Athena Treola.
