Obituary for Louise D'Ambrisi

Louise T. D’Ambrisi, 87, of West Long Branch, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Monmouth Care Center in Long Branch.
She was born in Long Branch to Nunzio and Antoinette Ferraro. Louise is predeceased by her husband, Rudolph R. “Big R” D’Ambrisi in 1988.
She is survived by her son and daughter, Rudolph C. “Rudy” (daughter-in-law, Glenda), Maryann Migliaccio and her fiancé Dan Mancini; sister, Catherine “Kitty” Jones; grandchildren, Rudolph T., Thomas and his wife Cara and Angelica D’Ambrisi, Nicholas Migliaccio; great-grandchildren, Viana and Valentina D’Ambrisi. She left a multitude of family and friends and touched the hearts of all who knew her. Louise was a devoted and loving wife and mother who was the heart and soul of her family. She was always cooking and welcoming you with open arms. “Make love, not war” was her motto. She never wanted for more and gave unconditionally, slipping something in your hand so you left with more than she had. She is a legend in her own rights. We all have a dose of “Louise” that will live forever in all. May God bless her and keep our memories alive.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 4-8 pm Friday at the Fiore Funeral Home, 236 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, Ocean Township. Funeral Mass will be offered at 9:30 am Saturday at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Long Branch followed by burial at Mount Carmel Cemetery in West Long Branch.
